On September 27 and October 28, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM both days, Njordstorp Permaculture Farm will once again participate in Taste Värmland's food round.
We will showcase our KRAV-certified organic farm and crops. We can tell you about our fermented products and our fruit wine. Of course, our cider press has pressed juice available for tasting.
Our farm shop is open with many farm products, starter kits, ceramic fermentation vessels, Weck preserving jars, and crafts.
Samples of some of our unique KRAV-certified organic products will be offered.
Coffee:
The farm's fruit cake with our famous vanilla ice cream made from scratch and topped with cream.
Saturday's program:
Quick course at 11:00 AM: What can be preserved from the garden and how does it work with Weck jars. Open to everyone and we will answer questions.
Quick course at 2:00 PM: How do I make my own authentic kefir. Different recipes and production.
Sunday's program:
Quick course at 11:00 AM: How do I make sourdough bread and sourdough pizzas.
Farm walk at 12:00 PM: We will walk through our fruit and vegetable crops (depending on the weather).
Quick course at 2:00 PM: Making your own tempeh and cooking suggestions.
