For different starter cultures, you will receive the description/recipe in the package if you choose a starter kit or as an add-on. However, not everything comes with a printed recipe. We have started with digital recipes, and when you order a product, you will gain access to recipes via this website.
Where can I find the digital recipes?
Recipes can be found under your user menu.

Under your account, you can find your recipes.

We ship various perishables via a transport that takes 3-10 days. The packaging protects it during transport, and depending on the goods, we have different methods.
We ship perishables from Monday to Wednesday to ensure that the goods do not stay warm with the carrier unnecessarily during the summer. Don't forget to pick up your goods as soon as possible from your agent if needed.
Perishables are never returned, seethe termsat checkout before you order.
We ship with Postnord and DHL. Through DHL, you will always receive the information via email, but it may take time before it is updated on their website.
With the post, it sometimes takes 2 days to register/update the information. We register and send everything with a tracking code, and it is only their system that gets filled in retrospect. When you use the PostNord app, you will receive the information when it is available.
We ship with Postnord and DHL.
Postnord picks up and delivers letters every other day. It usually takes 3-5 days and 2-3 days for first-class letters.
DHL picks up twice a week from us (Wednesday and Friday) and DHL usually has a transport time of 3-4 working days depending on where you live.
Large packages or expensive products are always shipped via DHL due to insurance. When you receive the package, check it immediately as the insurance is only valid for a short time, seeDHL.
Select the products you want and fill in your postal code and place name, then you can see which transport tariff you can choose when you are in the shopping cart.
We send the grains fresh daily and kefir is very resilient to survive transport. If the transport takes longer and the kefir in the bag does not smell fresh, do the following:
Discard the 'transport' milk that comes with the package.
Make kefir as usual but for the first 2-4 times in small batches, use just enough milk so that the grains are just below the milk and leave this at room temperature for 24 hours.
After that, you must discard the kefir (not the kefir grains) you have made. This way, the grains will get used to your type of milk, and it will work as usual and smell fresh and tangy.
Now you can increase the amount of milk each time (about +10%).
Kefir and kombucha cultures are both resilient and can withstand winter cold quite well. They become less active and it takes longer the first time (expect 1-2 days longer).
There are many different posts online stating that the culture goes bad, but our long experience says otherwise and we can guarantee that our cultures are doing well.
