§ 1 General
These terms apply between us (Njordstorp) and the customers exclusively regarding the terms at the conclusion of contracts through our online store www.njordstorp.se.
§ 2 Product Information
Njordstorp reserves the right for any errors in product descriptions, specifications, as well as incorrect prices or incorrect information regarding whether a product is in stock. Njordstorp has the right to correct such errors, change or update the information on the website, and to continuously make product changes and improvements. Njordstorp also reserves the right for sold-out items as well as any image and typographical errors on www.njordstorp.se.
§ 3 Receiving the Order
Sales are only made to adults over 18 years of age. When you place your order, a purchase agreement is concluded between you and Njordstorp. A confirmation will be sent via email to the email address you provided when placing the order. This means that your order has gone through. If inaccuracies in delivery time or other circumstances arise, we reserve the right to change this afterwards. If there is any problem with your order, we will primarily contact you via email. In the event of any pricing errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders.
§ 4 Offer Delivery Terms; Partial Delivery
We reserve the right to change our offers on the website. You cannot return discounted products. If an item ordered by you is not deliverable, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We reserve the right to make a partial delivery to you as soon as we have the goods in stock and can make a favorable shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order, this can only be done before the goods have left our warehouse. If your order has left our warehouse, your case will be handled as a return provided that the product has a return right, see point 6 for more information about returns.
§ 5 Payment
We display the payment options that can be offered to you. Current payment options that may be offered by us can be seen in the shopping cart.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal/return and refund
The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days and covers all products except perishables, backorder and for so-called manufactured goods that are made to order. Perishables are classified as only usable within a limited time and only for you and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal. Backorder products (not stock items) that are specially ordered for the order cannot be returned. If you change your mind, please notify us as soon as possible. Your message should clearly state that you wish to cancel your order. The withdrawal period begins from the day you received the item. Once your return has been received, processed, and approved by us, the refund will be made. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your order. We cannot refund any costs for payment options and transport you have chosen. If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item back. If you do not collect your package within the carrier's specified time of about 10 days, it will be sent back to us. A refund will then be made automatically, but we will not refund any shipping costs or costs for perishable goods (all starter kits are perishable goods). We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If the item being returned is used, destroyed, or damaged in any way, you as the customer must compensate Njordstorp for the depreciation that has occurred.
§ 7 Transport complaint (damaged goods during transport) or incomplete delivery
Any damage during transport to your home is the responsibility of the carrier, provided that you have inspected your goods upon receipt. If you should discover that the shipment is transport damaged (visible damage), you must immediately report this to the carrier on site by noting this on the waybill andcontact usby email. Also, check that the number of goods seems to match your order and report any discrepancies directly to the transport company and note this on the waybill. Always contact us via email afterwards.
The same applies to any hidden damages discovered within 7 days of receipt. The claimed product and its packaging may not be used, moved, or discarded during the investigation of the case. In the event of an approved complaint, we have ownership of the goods.
In the event of transport damage, the packaging must always be saved and photos taken for any claims to the carrier or exchange of goods. A product where it is established that the damage can be attributed to transport will be replaced free of charge with a new item.
§ 8 Confidentiality and Security
In connection with registration and ordering, you provide your personal information such as name, address, email, and phone number. This means that you agree to us storing and using your information in our operations to fulfill our commitments to you.
