Caramel waffles, our homemade cakes with caramel sauce between them, made according to a traditional recipe from the Netherlands. Dutch caramel waffles are called 'stroopwafels' there.
We bake them from scratch using cream and butter from the farm, among other ingredients. The flour comes from the local Värmländska mill Björkaholm.
