Fermentation basket in natural material rattan made from rattan which is a durable and strong natural material. Rattan is not treated or impregnated.

In this basket, your homemade bread gets the right shape during the fermentation process. Holds about 0.5 kg of dough.

Rattan regulates the moisture in the dough to give the bread a crisp surface. The fermentation basket should be floured to prevent the dough from sticking. The basket should not be rinsed off. Excess dough is instead brushed/scraped off after use.
