We pick the mushrooms and make the salt immediately afterwards. This ensures that as much flavour as possible is retained.
Contains: 50g (50% mushroom) and organic sea salt.
Delicious with omelettes, meat, fish, soups and sauces, among other things. We mix it into brown sauce and it really deepens the flavour.
