Njordstorp's Madras Curry Mix. Madras is our second organic curry mix, which we often use in our stews. A harmonious flavour with a hint of chilli, cinnamon and lemongrass.
There are many variations of Madras curry. This mixture can be used in vegetarian stews or meat stews. Well known for chicken madras, but we make a cheese burger or tempeh madras.
