Dark miso is made from Swedish KRAV organic fava beans and roasted Värmland wheat from our neighbour. Aged for at least 1 year.
Dark and deep-flavoured miso with hints of fruit and nuts. Perfect for use in soups (we replace stock cubes with this), sauces (e.g. vegetarian brown sauce), with darker meats and in hummus.
Or directly on sandwiches or in salads, this miso is so delicious.
Unpasteurised and contains gluten. In a 225 ml jar.
