Beautiful large tea leaves with many young unopened leaf buds from Oothu in southwest India. This 'White Peony' has been minimized and processed manually.
The light drink has a sweet smell and is mild in taste. Excellent freshness! This white tea is low in teas and can be brewed several times from the same tea leaves.
This Indian Oothu Bai Mu Dan is slightly more fermented than the Chinese Fujian Bai Mu Dan, has a slightly smaller leaf, slightly more white buds
Water at a temperature of 85 °C for 4 minutes. You can reuse your already brewed tea leaves to brew new tea, at least 3 times.
