Sea salt cold-smoked over apple wood

Sea salt cold-smoked on aromatic apple wood. Colour ranges from light brown to deep brown depending on the batch.

The unrefined organic sea salt is smoked in our own clay oven for several hours using apple wood from the farm.

Great with vegetables, fish and meat, or for lacto-fermenting vegetables. Try it in mashed potatoes or French fries, or use it in salted caramel for a surprising twist on flavour.

Smoked organic sea salt from the Mediterranean in a 75g jar or 200g bag. Larger packages are available to order.


No additives (such as E535 anti-caking agent and iodine) and genuine smoke. The colour may differ from the image and between different batches.

99% salt and rich in minerals and trace elements. Produced organically, artisanally and dried in the sun.
