Organic date powder
Our dried date powder is 100% pure date and completely untreated. It has a mild sweetness that works well in many contexts, such as for use in baked goods or to sprinkle on your porridge along with nuts and dried berries. The powder is thus not only sweet but has about 11 grams of fiber per 100 grams of date powder.
We use it in our water kefir and is easy to add to each new batch you make. Add about 0.5 tsp of date powder per liter or to your taste. Very economical and fast.
