WarmeMaster boiler insert
Turn your WarmeMaster into a bain-marie system for cheese making, jam making and keeping various dishes warm – it fits perfectly into the WarmeMaster preserving kettle. Can also be used for pasteurising milk and fruit juice without the risk of burning, thanks to the water between the heating element and the containers.
The machine heats water, so you can cook dishes conveniently in the insert without risking burns and without stirring. It is possible to omit sugar or use artificial sweeteners, and after making the jam, you can preserve it in the kettle. Or fill the prepared jam into jars and preserve them after sealing in the preserving machine without preservatives. Economical and convenient, you can make jam from 4-6 kg of fruit at a time. Thanks to the gentle process, the fruits retain more of their taste and aroma.
The insert is ideal for making cheese or large quantities of yoghurt. With the digital WarmeMaster, you can maintain the heat at exactly the desired cheese-making temperature, 32 degrees, or as specified in the cheese recipe. If you collect milk directly from the farmer and want to pasteurise it before making cheese, that works just as well.
In addition, the 20-litre insert is ideal for cooking soups and keeping pots warm. Keeping and serving ready-made food warm is easy during large family and friend gatherings.
