Cabbage sauerkraut or mandoline white cabbage for e.g. to make sauerkraut. Produces fine, thin strips.
With vegetable frame and sharp stainless steel knives. Knives are positioned during the production process with food approved adhesives (normally have no contact with vegetables). Three consecutive knives provide quick results and can be used with different types of vegetables.
