Cabbage slicer for sauerkraut or mandolin white cabbage for making sauerkraut, among other things. Produces fine, thin strips.
With vegetable frame and sharp stainless steel blades. Blades are positioned during the production process using food-grade adhesive (normally does not come into contact with vegetables). Three blades in succession provide quick results and can be used with different types of vegetables.
Manufacture: from naturally dried beech wood and stainless steel.
