Koji startkultur till vit miso

Bean Koji Spores best suited for making koji from different types of beans.

This koji culture can be powerful and is therefore ideal for use on beans to help them ferment. This strain grows faster than the culture for rice and barley. Miso made with this strain is just as flavourful as that made with the normal strain.

Easy to dose.

Choose between bag sizes: contains 25g, which is sufficient for 5kg of cooked substrate, or contains 100g, which is sufficient for 20kg of cooked substrate. The culture contains koji spores and rice flour.
