Miso starter kit easy to start with miso making quickly yourself without needing extra tools at home.
This miso is with 50% koji beans and 50% koji rice which gives a relatively faster result. If you want to make it with only our Swedish beans, you can find a starter kit here.
You don't need to cultivate koji spores yourself and you can ferment/mature miso at room temperature.
In the miso kit is included:
- Description for fava bean miso,
- Finished dried organic cow rice,
- Dried organic Swedish fava beans and seeds.
- Container with water trap
