Bröd & Taylor fermentation machine FP-205

Brød and Taylor fermentation machine FP-205 is a smart fermentation chamber and has an optimal microclimate for fermentation, sourdough, yogurt, kefir, cheese, milk acidification, black garlic and as we use this for the production of Tempeh and Koji.
The machine provides full control of the fermentation process and climate.

When you're not using it, the machine folds up easily and stows away without taking up much space. Also a perfect complement to the Hawos flour mill we sell and tempeh production.

This model can be used for slow cooking. The machine has a temperature range from 21 to 90°C.
Water troughs are made of aluminum and are used for humidity control.

Dimensions inside 37 x 32 x 20 cm high
External dimensions unfolded cm 46 x 37 x 27 cm and folded only 8 cm high.

Heating element made of anodized aluminium. Stainless steel wire rack / grid. Material is polypropylene with a viewing window. All removable parts are dishwasher safe and are stored in the fermenter when folded.
