Njordstorp's organic tzatziki mix
Tzatziki is a sauce made from fresh yoghurt, cucumber and spices. Njordstorp's spice mix easily combines with yoghurt/kefir/cream cheese/quark and grated cucumber to make a dip.
Make your own tzatziki sauce by mixing 1 tablespoon of Njordstorp's Tzatziki mix with 50 ml of yoghurt, kefir, cream cheese or quark. Add about 1/4 cucumber or to taste.
Also good in salads or sauces.
