Koji pearl barley dried

Ready-to-use organic pearl barley inoculated with koji culture. Just add water.

Koji pearl barley can be used for various purposes or directly for making miso and various kinds of tamari.
For example marinating meat or making soy sauce with this works just as well.

We make koji grains without soybeans or rice. We make the koji as soon as possible and it can take a few days to produce it once we receive the order.
