Ready-to-use KRAV organic field beans inoculated with koji culture. Just add water.
Koji beans can be used for various purposes or directly for making bean miso and various kinds of tamari.
For example marinating meat or making soju sauce with this works just as well.
We make koji beans without soybeans or rice.
The beans are Swedish. 420 grams per package gives about 500 grams of bean koji.
