- Melt margarine in a large pot.
- Add pepper and onion and sauté until the vegetables are soft but not brown.
- Mix in flour and salt. Stir for about 30 seconds.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook while stirring until it is slightly thick.
If the soup is too thick, you can add water.
Serve possibly with a tablespoon of yogurt in it and parsley on top.

- 1 tsp Onion
- 2 cubes of broth or 2 tbsp miso
- 750 g pumpkin in small cubes
- 1 chili, as much as you want
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 0.25 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp parsley
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp salt
