Easy pumpkin soup

Amount 4 servings -Preparation time 5 minutes -Cooking time 15 minutes

Total time 20 minutes






  1. Melt margarine in a large pot.
  2. Add pepper and onion and sauté until the vegetables are soft but not brown.
  3. Mix in flour and salt. Stir for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and cook while stirring until it is slightly thick.

If the soup is too thick, you can add water.

Serve possibly with a tablespoon of yogurt in it and parsley on top. 



Ingredients:

  •  1 tsp Onion
  •  2 cubes of broth or 2 tbsp miso
  •  750 g pumpkin in small cubes
  •  1 chili, as much as you want
  •  2 tbsp butter
  •  2 tbsp flour
  •  2 cups milk
  •  0.25 tsp thyme
  •  1 tsp parsley
  •  0.25 tsp nutmeg
  •  1 tbsp salt
