- Mix the ingredients into a homogeneous sauce.
- The sauce is good with, among other things, tempeh, dumplings, noodle salad, and spring rolls. If you have leftovers, use it to stir-fry vegetables.
We use our unique ingredients as much as possible, and it is fine to substitute this with what you have.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Värmland's Fava Bean Miso
- 1 tbsp Tamari(Njordstorps Tamari, possibly gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (roasted)
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp Vinegar(Njordstorps Vinegar)
- ½ tsp optional: Fresh ginger / or 1/4 tsp dried
- ¼ tsp optional: Chili flakes
