Recipe:

  1. Place all ingredients except the rabbit in the slow cooker and stir.
  2. Cut the rabbit into pieces and then add to the slow cooker. Turn on low heat for 6 to 7 hours until the rabbit is tender and the meat falls off the bone.

Keeps for a few days in the refrigerator.



Ingredients:

  • 1 rabbit
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar orpanela sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter oroil
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • 0.20 l water, chicken broth or mix 2 dl water withDark miso
  • salt
