Recipe:
- Chop the onion and garlic finely. Heat some oil or butter in a frying pan. Sauté the onion and garlic in this.
- Cut the bell peppers into strips and the carrot into pieces. Sauté this with the onion. Also add the sliced mushrooms and fry.
- Then add Njordstorps Goulash spice mix. Stir and then fold in the flour for about 1 minute. And at the end, the diced tomatoes.
- Add the miso and stir well. Add a little water and gently bring the pan to a boil.
- Cook everything for about 20 minutes with the lid on the pan. Stir a few times in between.
If you notice that the stew is getting too thick, add a little water. Do you want the stew a little thicker? Then remove the lid from the pan.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
