Hungarian vegan goulash

Recipe:

  1. Chop the onion and garlic finely. Heat some oil or butter in a frying pan. Sauté the onion and garlic in this.
  2. Cut the bell peppers into strips and the carrot into pieces. Sauté this with the onion. Also add the sliced mushrooms and fry.
  3. Then add Njordstorps Goulash spice mix. Stir and then fold in the flour for about 1 minute. And at the end, the diced tomatoes.
  4. Add the miso and stir well. Add a little water and gently bring the pan to a boil. 
  5. Cook everything for about 20 minutes with the lid on the pan. Stir a few times in between. 

If you notice that the stew is getting too thick, add a little water. Do you want the stew a little thicker? Then remove the lid from the pan.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
