Värmlands Tamari, which is a similar product to Japanese soy sauce (but better), made from KRAV-certified organic Swedish field beans and grain from our neighbour.
It is produced using a traditional process in which the beans are fermented for a long time and follow the seasonal temperatures. Aged for at least 1 year.
Umami flavouring with a deep taste and aroma of raisins, fruit and roasted notes.
Contains gluten and is unpasteurised. Contains gluten. We also have a light tamari made from beans only, which is gluten-free.
