  1. Mix oat milk, mustard, and vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the oil in a thin stream while mixing with an immersion blender or food processor.
  3. Continue until the mixture forms a suitably thick mayonnaise; the amount of oil determines how thick the mayonnaise will be.
  4. Season with salt. 

Keeps for a few days in the refrigerator.



Ingredients:

  • 0.10 l oat milk
  •  1 tbsp mustard, preferably unsweetened
  •  1 tsp vinegar, preferablykombucha vinegaror apple cider vinegar
  •  0.30 l neutraloil
  •  salt
